Alliance Residential Company breaks ground on Broadstone Bryant Park

Unique Surface-Parked Luxury Multifamily Community Being Built Just West of Uptown Charlotte in Booming FreeMoreWest


Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the country, has broken ground on Broadstone Bryant Park, a 345-unit luxury apartment community just west of Uptown Charlotte in booming FreeMoreWest.

The project anchors the last large developable tract of land in the neighborhood and connects two of the primary activity nodes of the West Morehead Street/Freedom Drive intersection and the Wilkinson Boulevard corridor leading to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, via beautiful Bryant Park.

Broadstone Bryant Park is within walking distance of FreeMoreWest’s dining, retail and creative office buildings while offering phenomenal, unfettered views of Uptown Charlotte. It will have studio, one, two and three-bedroom units.

The high-density surface-parked community will feature a 24-hour fitness facility with yoga studio; wi-fi co-working space for telecommuting and a resort-style pool with an expansive sun deck. There will also be electric car-charging stations; bike storage; multiple pocket parks and outdoor amenities; 24-hour package and dry-cleaning pickup and a pet spa with grooming station.

FreeMoreWest is the combination of several of Charlotte’s oldest neighborhoods west of Uptown and anchored by the intersection of West Morehead Street and Freedom Drive. The location is convenient to Uptown jobs, Carolina Panthers games, and Charlotte Knights games via a 7-minute bike ride or an under 5-minute drive.

Alliance opened a regional office in Charlotte in 2016, and this will be the company’s first project in Charlotte and second in North Carolina with a substantial pipeline looking forward. Charlotte is the No. 1 metro area in the United States for Millennial population growth (30 percent) over the last 10 years and ranked 4th among U.S. metros with 3.27 percent job growth in 2017.

Construction will start immediately, with anticipated first deliveries in Summer 2019.
