Multifamily real estate developer The Calida Group, who owns and operates luxury Elysian Living communities, will launch Ely By Elysian Living in fall 2018, a new concept serving as an extension of the Elysian Living brand.
The first ELY project will be a complete renovation of the 16-building, 180-unit complex formerly known Hampton Garden Apartments (located at 9750 Peace Way). New units are now available for tours and pre-lease.
Tenants will find reimagined designs for the clubhouse, pool and spa, fitness facility, picnic areas and one and two bedroom floorplans. With an emphasis on high-level finishes, above and beyond amenities, enhanced resident sociability and exclusive event experiences, Ely continues The Calida Group’s vision for extraordinary living.
