Hello Living expands portfolio through Manhattan acquisition

Mixed-use development “Hello Broadway” in prime Inwood location

Hello Living, a full-service real estate development firm based in Brooklyn, announced today the acquisition of 4650 Broadway, the firm’s first Manhattan development project. GreenbergFarrow has been retained as the Architect of Record for the project.

Adjacent to Fort Tryon Park in Inwood, 4650 Broadway, which boasts 370,039 buildable square feet, will become a mixed-use development comprising 272 residential units. Thirty percent of those units will be a part of the Affordable New York Housing Program. The development will also feature approximately 140,000 square feet of community facility, and an additional 49,000 square feet of commercial retail space. In tandem with Hello Living’s bold aesthetic and vision, 4650 Broadway will feature superlative design elements, coupled with onsite facilities that enrich, yet blend into the fabric of the neighborhood.

Each apartment, from one-to-four bedrooms, will feature exquisite details such as open-plan living, triple-pane doors and windows, and Hello Living’s signature expansive front and back terraces. Nearby to the Dyckman Street Inwood station, the neighborhood is conveniently served by both the A and 1 subway lines.
