Chicago-based Spaces Real Estate today announced the start of pre-leasing at 1325 N. Wells, a new boutique rental community in Chicago’s Old Town neighborhood. Developed by Sedgwick Properties, the 60-unit community will be managed by Laramar Group, with first move-ins scheduled for early 2019.
