Greystone Bel recently closed the sale of Northwoods and Ridgeview Apartments, a two-property portfolio totaling 117 units in Marquette, Michigan.
Austin Hull of the Greystone Bel Real Estate Advisors investment sales team represented the buyer and seller on the transaction and purchaser was an out-of-state buyer. Northwoods is a 48-unit property built between 2004 and 2011 consisting of three, three-story buildings on 3.47 acres. Ridgeview is a 69-unit property built in 2002 / 2003 consisting of 10 two- and three-story buildings on 4.02 acres. The two properties are located 3.4 miles from one another and were family-owned and managed. Northwoods and Ridgeview offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units in suburb locations just minutes from Marquette’s new UP Health System Hospital and Northern Michigan University, two of the county’s largest employers.
