RealPage’s Facilities Maintenance Mobile App enables techs to track start and stop times of repairs. Move in and move out inspections are simplified with the app that allows techs to time the inspection and note which items are fine and which need work or replacement. The technician is able to use their mobile phone to take an image of each system being inspected, assign it a grade and, if necessary, begin a service request.
