Sequoia Acquires 300-Unit Apartment Project Kent Place Residences in Englewood Colorado for $450K Per Unit

The Kent Place Residences, at 3465 Gaylord Court feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 832 to 2,779 square feet.

Sequoia Equities recently acquired the Kent Place Residences in Englewood, Colorado for $135 million, or $450,000 a unit. The 300-unit project was sold by JP Morgan.

Located in the Cherry Hills neighborhood, the Kent Place Residences building is within walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. It includes amenities like a rooftop lounge, an outdoor grill and kitchen, an open-air swimming pool and spas.

Cherry Hills Village is bordered by Hampden Avenue to the North, Belleview Avenue to the South, Monaco Street to the East, and Clarkson Street to the West. Cherry Hills Village is one of the nation’s most elegant suburbs. A tranquil and rustic community of gently rolling hills, mature trees, sumptuous mansions, bridle paths, and gravel roads. Estate-size properties, many with stables and fenced for keeping horses, feature an array of exquisite masterpiece homes in a stunning variety of styles including contemporary, Mediterranean, French Country, and Cape Cod. In Cherry Hills, modern and rustic mix comfortably.

Glenmoor Country Club and Buell Mansion and Charlou are two additional enclave neighborhoods.
