Mixed-use development powerhouse Trademark Property Company is planning another Fort Worth, Texas project. Westbend South is a planned seven-story apartment complex nested beside the Trinity River near the active Westbend development. Trademark has had the 3.5-acre site for eight years.
Westbend South will be over 500,000 square feet and cost $36 million to build. It will include two lounges, a fitness center and retail space. Merriman Anderson Architects Inc. is slated to design the project.
The Westbend development is a 281,000-square-foot mixed-use development, with 190,000 square feet of office and 90,000 square feet of retail space. Trademark is soon to start work on the redevelopment of Lincoln Square in Arlington as a mixed-use development.
