Candlewood Apartments, a Rapid City, SD apartment community owned and operated by CSM Corporation, announced today it has been nationally recognized by two leading industry groups for their outstanding ratings and reviews from residents in 2017.
Candlewood earned a spot on the “2017 Elite 1 percent ORA Power Rankings” from the Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) developed by J Turner Research, a leading apartment industry research firm. The ORA scores rental communities based on their monthly online reputation nationwide across various websites. Candlewood was among the top 700 out of the 71,000 rental communities ORA rates and was one of just two from the entire state of South Dakota that made the list.
Candlewood Apartments and its sister property, Country Bluff Apartments, also received the “2017 Top Rated Award” from the website ApartmentRatings.com. The properties were the only two residential communities in the State of South Dakota to be recognized. The award is given to rental communities that are within the top 5 percent of tens of thousands of properties across the country that have been rated and reviewed by their customers. To qualify, a property must have a 70 percent or higher recommended score. Candlewood earned a 92 percent recommended score from guests (with 48 reviews) and Country Bluff garnered an 87 percent recommended score (with 10 reviews) in 2017.
