Ryan Companies US, Inc. continues to expand its team in the west region with the addition of Mike Mahoney as Senior Vice President. Mahoney will lead Ryan’s multifamily and senior living efforts in the region. Mahoney’s experience in development and construction spans 20 years with the past 12 leading multifamily efforts for ConAm, a national developer and operator of multifamily communities.
Mahoney brings expertise in site acquisition, project feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, design development, permitting and construction to a focused effort in senior living and multifamily projects for Ryan Companies. Mahoney’s experience in multifamily entitlement and construction spans Southern California, Northern California, Portland and Seattle with over $400M in completed development projects during his tenure at ConAm.

Mahoney earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate and Finance from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. A native of Minnesota, he has lived in the San Diego area for nearly 20 years. Mahoney will office in Ryan Companies San Diego offices.
