Fickling & Company and Novare Group have broken ground on Lullwater at Hixson, a 250-unit luxury apartment community conveniently located in the Hixson suburb of Chattanooga, Tenn.

It will be located at 6038 Hixson Pike in a highly desirable suburb of Chattanooga with easy access to downtown and surrounding major employers.
Chattanooga has experienced strong job growth in the last 10 years, which, along with successful efforts to revitalize the downtown area, have made the metro area an attractive destination. Hixson is located in northeastern Chattanooga and is bordered to the east by the Tennessee River.
