Legacy Partners (Legacy), a privately-owned national real estate firm, and Momentum Partners (Momentum) announced today the grand opening of Wellstone at Bridgeport, located at 12535 Bridgeport Way SW in Lakewood, WA. The 208,000-square-foot, four-story community was developed by Momentum and will be professionally managed by Legacy.

Designed by regional architectural firm BCRA, Wellstone at Bridgeport boasts 208 units, including studios, open one-bedroom, and one- and two-bedroom residences along with 281 parking spots, of which 23 are detached garages. Each garden-style unit comes with high-end interior finishes and oversized patios and balconies. Residents of the gated, elevator-accessible community can enjoy a 24-hour fitness center, a clubhouse, a pool with a sun deck, a secured 24-hour mail room with Amazon parcel lockers, and an outdoor picnic area complete with a gazebo and grills.

“Wellstone at Bridgeport affords a classic Pacific Northwest lifestyle—from eclectic local retail and dining at Lakewood Towne Centre to everything the nearby mountains, forests, and waterways have to offer,” said Mike Holt, Regional Vice President at Legacy. “It is surrounded by six acres of nature and parkland, yet seamlessly connects to the rest of the region with its multi-modal transportation options.”

With the I-5 entrance moments away, Wellstone at Bridgeport is an easy drive to Tacoma and Seattle as well as the scenic Fort Steilacoom Park, Olympic National Park, and Mt. Rainier. The community is within short walking distance to Springbrook Park, which is home to outdoor recreation and Springbrook Community Gardens; one block away from Joint Base Lewis-McChord; and just minutes away from Lakewood Station, which provides routes from Sounder Transit to-and-from Lakewood, Seattle, Piece Transit, and Intercity Transit.

Legacy has built and managed several properties throughout the Pacific Northwest, including The Hadley on Mercer Island, Bowman in Seattle, and The Triangle, which opened in Redmond in Fall 2018.
