StreetLights Residential, a national design-driven developer of multifamily and mixed-use communities based in Dallas, recently broke ground on The Jackson, its first luxury multifamily community in Arlington. The development will be part of Viridian, a larger master-planned community situated amongst lavish landscaping and quality architecture with easy access to lakes, trails and events to inspire community involvement.

“Development and big-name projects are booming in Arlington which will drive the city’s economy for years to come. With the tremendous growth and centralized location within the DFW metroplex, we believe residents will be attracted to the quality and boutique-style living that StreetLights offers as well as the essential accessibility our residents desire,” said StreetLights CEO Doug Chesnut.

Located just minutes from the newly developed Texas Live! and AT&T Stadium, The Jackson will bring four stories of luxury living to the growing Arlington area. Complete with 340 apartment homes, the residential community will offer several floorplans ranging in size from 588 to 1,671 square-feet, offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans in addition to limited two-story floor plans known as “carriage units.”

The Jackson interior amenity spaces will feature a mixture of wood textures, and mixed metals paired with a warm color palette that provides an inviting, comfortable environment for the community to gather. Apartment homes will offer two beautifully designed interior schemes including granite countertops, island seating, custom cabinetry, spa inspired bathrooms, Sonos One and numerous other distinctive features. Residents will also have access to a variety of amenities including co-working spaces, a creative makerspace with a chef’s kitchen, a private lounge with a residents’ coffee bar, a full fitness center with flex room for yoga and spin, a resort style pool as well as relaxing courtyards.

Leasing and amenity spaces will be designed by Ink + Oro. Architecture for The Jackson was designed by WDG Architecture, and SLR Construction, LLC, is the general contractor. Residences will be available for move-in fall 2020.

Other StreetLights’ Dallas/Fort Worth developments include The Canals at Grand Park, a three phase master planned neighborhood consisting of The Kathryn, The Maxwell and The Margo communities; The Christopher, a 23-story residential high-rise located in Victory Park; The McKenzie, a 22-story residential high-rise in the Knox-Henderson neighborhood and The Hamilton in Deep Ellum.
