The Multifamily Group (TMG), a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently sold Woodland Trails comprised of 72 units in Nacogdoches, Texas. TMG Managing Director Evan Burke worked with the California based seller and procured the buyer. The sale marks TMG’s 20th and final transaction in 2020.
“Our main objective is to assist clients with their disposition and acquisition plans, and this deal required both parties to work diligently and patiently to get across the finish line. Overall, we are glad we were able to close and look forward to the seeing the new buyer implement his value-add strategy”, said Burke.
Woodland Trails was built in 1985 and consists of 72 units and provides an opportunity for the new owner to re-position the property by doing both interior and exterior renovations. The property is located 1 mile from Stephen F Austin Campus.
The sale of Woodland Trails represents the second largest multifamily sale in Nacogdoches in 2020.
