Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, announced that Sean Williams has joined IPA as a senior vice president. He will join IPA’s nationally recognized Florida-based team led by Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham, and Justin Basquill, and will be responsible for executing multifamily transactions on behalf of institutional and major private clients throughout the Tampa Bay region in partnership with Granade’s team.
“Sean has built an extensive network of industry relationships based on market knowledge, transactional expertise and superior client service,” said Granade. “His presence in Tampa strengthens IPA’s growing platform in Florida and allows us to serve our clients even more meaningfully across Central Florida.” Williams has served multifamily investors in the Tampa Bay region for more than 18 years with prior positions at Walker & Dunlop, CBRE and Camden Property Trust. He holds M.B.A. and undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida.
