Eric Wagner and James Ziegler, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Eric Wagner and James Ziegler.
Minns Apartments is located at 1040 Minns Dr in Machesney Park, IL. Originally constructed in 2003, the two-story buildings have been upgraded with vinyl plank and new appliance packages.
This sale marks the 14th closing in the area for Eric and James in the last 36 months. Collectively, they have sold over 500 units in the Rockford market alone.
