Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced that Ned Roberts, CCIM of the firm’s Tampa office has been promoted to First Vice President Investments, according to David Bradley, Regional Manager.
Ned specializes in the sale of market rate communities throughout greater Tampa Bay, Central and Northern Florida. He also focuses on Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and other affordable housing communities Ned is co-founder of The RPH Multifamily Group with his business partners, Jason Hague and Adam Podbelski.
