The Multifamily Group (TMG), a Dallas-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced this week it has facilitated the sale of the Parkwood Apartments in Richardson, Texas. Yonnic Land represented local sellers, and Jon Krebbs procured an out-of-state buyer.
“The sellers owned and managed Parkwood since 1994. They were delightful to work with, and the buyer was exemplary throughout the entire sale. I am excited for the future opportunities both parties will be pursuing,” said Land.
Parkwood is located 3-miles from North Central Expressway and Interstate 635, making it accessible to many different destinations in Dallas.
“Multifamily prices are the highest they have ever been and more and more long-term owners are looking for us to assist them with the sales process. The new buyer is excited to continue to build on the community that the former owners cultivated over the last three decades,” added Krebbs.
