American Landmark Apartments, one of the fastest-growing multifamily owner-operators in the country, announces it has acquired the Delaney Apartments in Concord, a suburb to the northeast of Charlotte, N.C. The property has been renamed The Elliott.
This is American Landmark’s eighth multifamily community in the Charlotte metro area.

According to a recently published economic forecast from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, all 14 of the state’s nonagricultural economic sectors are expected to experience employment increases in 2022. The state is expected to add 124,400 jobs this year. Charlotte is already home to 13 Fortune 500 companies based in the state and has a low unemployment rate of 3.6 percent.
Built in 2010 and located at 4600 MBA Court, The Elliott offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 851 to 1,485 square feet.
