Dominium, a leading national owner, developer, and manager of affordable housing, announced that it has promoted Shaun Reinhardt to Vice President and Project Partner. In his new role Reinhardt is responsible for new project development, acquisition, and financing.

We’re excited for him as he takes on more responsibility in his new role.”
Reinhardt holds a degree in Finance from the University of St. Thomas, and first started at Dominium as an intern in August 2015. Prior to his promotion Reinhardt served in the role of Senior Development Associate. His work includes analyzing new acquisition and development opportunities, determining project feasibility, overseeing design and construction, structuring partnerships, and negotiating with lenders, investors, and third-party vendors.
