Cushman & Wakefield has hired Ian Anderson to join the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Nashville and Eastern, Tennessee markets.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has hired Ian Anderson to join the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group where he will focus on multifamily investment sales in the Nashville and Eastern, Tennessee markets.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Anderson was at JLL where he was responsible for multifamily investment sales throughout Tennessee. “I’ve heard many great things about Cushman & Wakefield’s work in the multifamily sector within the Sunbelt region. Their successful track record is impressive, and I look forward to both being a member of this high-performing team while also using my skillset to further enhance the firm’s multifamily platform.”
