The buyer, an individual/personal trust, was secured and represented by Riney, Glasser, Fopeano and Zarif.
The portfolio is located at 95-05 35th Ave in the Jackson Heights neighborhood of Queens near the 7 Train on Junction Boulevard, Citi Field, Laguardia Airport and the 37th Ave retail corridor.
