JLL Capital Markets announced that Seth Heikkila has re-joined the firm’s multihousing team as a Senior Director in the Seattle office.
He will focus on multihousing debt advisory.

Heikkila spent 9 years with JLL from 2010 to 2019, serving as both Vice President of multi-housing investment sales and Senior Vice President of Capital Markets with JLL. Most recently, he worked for Institutional Property Advisors as a first Vice President of Capital Markets.
He brings in robust knowledge in the multihousing debt advisory space with over 20 years of industry experience. Additionally, from 2017 to 2022, he executed over $2.6B in multihousing financings.
