Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Uptown Terrace, a 260-unit multifamily community located in Rogers, Arkansas. Martin Bynum and Craig Hey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, SC Bodner Company, Inc. in the transaction.
“Uptown Terrace arrived to the market with tremendous leasing trends and features top-of-market features and amenities. The buyer group recognized the rare opportunity a deal of this caliber in the Northwest Arkansas market provided, in terms of upside and optionality, and moved aggressively to acquire the asset,” said Bynum, Director at Cushman & Wakefield.
Uptown Terrace was recently built in 2021 and offers a diverse mix of unit sizes, as well as 28,000 square feet of Class A+, ground-level commercial space. The multifamily community is conveniently situated in the booming Rogers submarket, offering residents easy access to major employers, retail vendors, outdoor recreation, and community amenities throughout the Northwest Arkansas metro area.
