Dominium Hires Two New Vice Presidents of Property Management

Dominium, a leading affordable housing owner, developer and manager announced today that it has hired two highly respected leaders to executive positions in the company. Shequoia Holloway has been named Vice President of Property Management for Dominium’s portfolio in its Southeast region, and Rita Collins has been named Vice President of Property Management for the company’s Texas portfolio.

Holloway will be responsible for all aspects of Property Management in Dominium’s Southeast region. She brings a wealth of experience in property management leadership, including lease-up efforts, maintenance, asset management and financial tracking and performance. Prior to joining Dominium, she held roles as Vice President of Property Management at Ambling Management Company, Senior Regional Property Manager at Related Companies, and Regional Property Manager at Aimco and PEM Real Estate Group.

Collins will be responsible for leading Dominium’s Property Management efforts in Texas. She has led teams in Texas and several other states and has a wide range of experience in budget and revenue management, training and communication initiatives, lead management, property due diligence and competitive property analyses. Prior to joining Dominium, Collins held roles such as Director of Property Management at G&K Management, Regional Manager at Waterton and Community Manager at FPI Management. In addition to her experience, Holloway is an experienced public speaker and a published author. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Chapman University and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.
