BRIDGE is a leading nonprofit developer, owner, and manager of affordable housing on the West Coast.
In this new role, Ms. Hahn will oversee strategic project initiatives, from development through successful execution, in accordance with BRIDGE’s mission and core values. She will work with President & CEO Ken Lombard and the Senior Leadership Team to organize and prioritize critical issues to facilitate efficient decision-making.

During her 20+ year career, Ms. Hahn has distinguished herself as a results-oriented, data-driven strategist and leader. Most recently, she was the Director of Investor Relations for Include Ventures, which focused on investing in diverse fund managers and founders in early-stage ventures. Before Include Ventures, Ms. Hahn was a Principal with Potomac Asset Management, where her primary focus was marketing and fundraising on behalf of Potomac’s clients. She served as Senior Vice President at Pharos Capital Group, LLC, and Vice President of Investor Services at CityView. Previously, Ms. Hahn co-founded KeyStrat Capital Advisors, where she advised Private Equity General Partnerships on their capital formation strategies.
She began her career at Wetherly Capital Group, a boutique third-party marketing firm, assisting some of the top private equity firms with their capital formation and marketing efforts with global institutional investors. Ms. Hahn’s client base included blue-chip private equity and real estate funds that, in the aggregate, managed over $100Bn in assets. During her seven-year tenure at the firm, she and her partners collectively raised approximately $7Bn of institutional capital on behalf of their clients. She quadrupled the firm’s total LP relationships during her tenure. Ms. Hahn has marketed to pension plans, Taft-Hartley multi-employer union funds, sovereign wealth funds, fund of funds, endowments, foundations, and family offices. She is actively involved with numerous industry conferences and professional organizations and has consistently secured keynote speaking engagements for blue-chip private equity and real estate clients.
Ms. Hahn served for over a decade on the board of KHEIR-S. Mark Taper Foundation Community Clinic, the primary provider of critical in-language healthcare and human services support to the residents of Metro Los Angeles and its neighboring communities. She was also a founding member of the board of AAAIM (Association of Asian American Investment Managers).
Ms. Hahn graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 registrations. Originally from Washington, DC, Ms. Hahn has been a resident of Los Angeles for over 20 years.
