Global Real Estate Advisors (GREA), a full-service real estate advisory firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions, announces the $13,875,000 sale of Phoenix Place Townhomes in East Point, Georgia.
GREA represented the seller in the transaction, Pacific West Land, who sold the asset to Green Forest Capital. This is Green Forest Capital’s first acquisition in Atlanta. Taylor Brown, Mack Leath and Barden Brown of GREA managed the sale.
Phoenix Place is located seven miles southwest of downtown Atlanta, with easy access to public transportation and proximity to major freeways and highways.
