Constellation Group And Boschetti Group Receive Approval for a New Mixed-Use Residential Project at 4241 Aurora Street Near Miami

This significant milestone marks the culmination of a rigorous approval process and heralds a new era of convenient, mixed-use living in the heart of Merrick Park, Coral Gables’ premier shopping and entertainment district.

Once completed, the development will include eight stories of luxury residential condominium units, above three stories of parking, retail and office space. The proposed building stands 137.5 feet tall and includes an expansive 5,000 square-foot park with lush landscaping, public art, and ground-floor retail overlooking Merrick Park.

Miami-based real estate development firms Constellation Group and The Boschetti Group are thrilled to announce the city approval of their latest landmark mixed-use residential project, 4241 Aurora, on the heels of a recent City Commission meeting.

A transformative addition to the city’s landscape, the 16-story Mediterranean-style mixed-use development was designed by world-renowned Arquitectonica and is located within the Design and Innovation District of Coral Gables.
