The opening of the final phase brings Bay 151 to its full size of 625 rental residences and 10,000 square feet of retail space. It is situated on a scenic, 16-acre property near stores, supermarkets, mass-transit connections, and open spaces with sweeping views of New York Harbor. The Hudson-Bergen Light Rail’s 45th Street station is nearby, as well as a planned commuter ferry terminal with service to Manhattan. Bay 151 also operates a resident shuttle to and from the Grove Street PATH station in Jersey City.

Bayonne’s fast-growing waterfront neighborhood is taking another big step forward with the opening of the third and final phase of Bay 151, developer KRE Group announced.

Highly anticipated by Hudson County renters, the new phase opens with 212 brand-new studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences that are now available to lease. It also introduces an array of new indoor and outdoor amenities that bolster the community’s already extensive amenity offering.

Prospective renters can now schedule private tours of Bay 151’s new model residences. Monthly rental rates start from $2,169 for studios, $2,400 for one-bedroom residences, $3,369 for two-bedroom residences and $4,246 for three-bedroom residences, net effective, based on a limited-time incentive of one month free on a 13-month lease. Immediate occupancy is available.

“We are thrilled to announce the debut of our third and final phase of residences at Bay 151,” said Jonathan Kushner, President of KRE Group. “The new phase builds on everything that has made Bay 151 so successful and takes it to the next level, offering residents an appealing array of brand-new apartments and upscale amenities in one of the most exciting, well-connected new neighborhoods on the New Jersey Gold Coast.”

Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, the new residences are located in a four-story building and feature stylish finishes and appointments. Residents will enjoy spacious layouts, plenty of natural light, brand-new appliances and modern kitchens.

Bay 151’s contemporary brand of high-style luxury living extends to its full complement of lifestyle amenities, which already includes more than 65,000 square feet of social and recreational space across the first two phases. Residents enjoy a two-story, state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga room with on-demand virtual fitness classes, WiFi-equipped resident lounges, a billiards room with club seating, library and co-working space, business center with individual workstations and a conference room, a children’s playroom, media room, and a mail room with package concierge. Outside, existing amenities include a resort style swimming pool and sun terrace, a deck with BBQ grills and outdoor dining areas, a bocce court, a tot lot/playground/outdoor children’s play area, a controlled-access parking deck with electric vehicle charging, and a car wash and detailing station.

The amenities at Bay 151 particularly cater to the community’s four-legged residents, with features such as two large, turfed dog parks, dog wash stations, regular dog and cat-focused events run through the Bark Buildings program, and a special “doggy dip” day in the pool at the end of the swimming season. Resident social events are held regularly. Jersey City-based Lloyd Dickenson Fitness offers a full selection of fitness classes at Bay 151 every week, all included as part of the amenity package.

Located at 225 Chosin Few Way, the new phase of Bay 151 is just a short drive from the entrance of the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 78, and The Holland Tunnel. Notable retail conveniences near the community include Costco, Starbucks, Lidl grocery store, CVS, and LA Fitness, while a section of the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway that overlooks an inlet of New York Harbor meanders around the peninsula. Fun nearby attractions include Hudson Lanes, a 60-lane bowling alley with free parking, arcade games and a full-service bar and grill.
