Presidium 183 marks the firm's second planned venture in the immediate area, totaling approximately 660 apartment units within the next three years. Presidium's first delivery in this locale, 340-unit Presidium Waterford, is now leasing.

Presidium, a diversified real estate development, investment and management firm, has broken ground on Presidium 183, a high-end, 395,590-square-foot residential development hosting 374 units. Nestled in North Austin’s bustling North Burnet-Gateway Corridor, it’s a stone’s throw from The Domain, Austin’s ‘second downtown’.

Additionally, Presidium 183 will incorporate smart technology features into each unit, such as keyless entry doors and Honeywell thermostats, allowing residents to control the temperature, monitor humidity and access lighting remotely from their wireless devices.

Expected to be fully complete in mid-late 2025, Presidium selected Civil & Environmental Consultants as the project civil engineer and Hitchcock Design Group as the landscape architect of Presidium 183. While Presidium Waterford is currently leasing units, the project is expected to be fully complete in Fall of 2024.
