Institutional Property Advisors Expands Multifamily Team in San Diego with Kyle Pinkalla

Pinkalla holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in finance and international business from Marquette University. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Emerging Leaders Group.

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced that multifamily investment advisor Kyle Pinkalla has joined IPA in San Diego, California. Pinkalla will report to Daman Wyler, vice president and regional manager.

“The addition of Kyle deepens our national network of expert investment advisors and underscores our ongoing commitment to increase our presence in Southern California, with a focus in San Diego and Inland Empire,” said John S. Kyle Pinkalla joins IPA as a senior vice president. Previously managing director of multifamily investment sales in Southern California for Northmarq, Pinkalla has over 18 years of acquisition, development, and on-site management experience. During his career, he has been involved in more than $4 billion in investment sales transactions, including core, institutional, private-client, value-add, and land development sales throughout Southern California.
