This project, a collaboration with an institutional investor, has transformed a previously failed for-sale community into a vibrant residential enclave.

The community offers a range of RanchCottagesForRent attached townhomes with five floorplans: Frisco, Fresno, Richmond, Reno and Tucson, covering 1,020 to 1,466 square feet. Each unit features high-quality finishes such as LVT flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and options for a one or two-car garage.
In addition to the new construction, JCCG built a brand new 3,500-square-foot clubhouse with leasing and management offices.
