The Opus Group (Opus) has started construction of a 253-unit multifamily development in Denver Tech Center. Located at 4600 South Syracuse Street, the site has operated as a surface parking lot adjacent to a 14-story office building. The new multifamily development is a joint venture among Opus, Principal Asset Management, and Miller Properties Group.
“Denver Tech Center is an attractive location for Denver residents looking for walkability, access to restaurants and entertainment, and proximity to key employers,” said Eric Chamberlin, director of real estate development at Opus. “This new luxury apartment development will help meet the demand for housing in this fast-growing area.”
Residents will have access to a full set of amenities, including work-from-home space; a fitness center and yoga studio; a pool and outdoor area; a club room with a kitchen, private dining and lounge area; a game room; a speakeasy/library; a dog park; and landscaped pond area. The units will feature balconies, quartz countertops, wood-style flooring, controlled access and digital guest entry, smart home features, tile bathroom shower surrounds, front-loading washers and dryers, premium plumbing fixtures and walk-in closets. Parking will include a combination of surface, garage and 58 EV charging stalls.
Opus has underway and recently completed two other multifamily developments in Denver. Kalaco Apartments, a 280-unit project in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, is scheduled to deliver in May 2024; and the recently completed 19Nineteen Mile High Apartments, a 277-unit building near Empower Field at Mile High.
