JAG Expands Greater Boston Footprint with Delivery of J Woburn Heights in Massachusetts

J Woburn Heights is a 168-unit, garden-style community across four buildings on approximately 9 acres atop a wooded knoll, providing serene views from many residences. J Woburn Heights—the newest premier apartment community by leading East Coast multifamily developer and operator Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG)—has delivered in Woburn, Massachusetts and welcomed their first residents. The project is a joint venture
with SpringHarbor Financial Group.

The community also boasts a custom mural by Boston-area artist Sophy Tuttle.

In addition, the project includes 42 units under the Commonwealth’s 40B program designed to provide affordable housing targeted for households at or below 80 percent of AMI.
