MPG Albright Residences is a 5-story residential building consisting of 96 apartments in a combination of 2 and 1 bedroom suites as well as 15 ADA-accessible units. The project was developed from the ground-up and comprises approximately 135,000 square feet inclusive of amenity spaces. Designed to house over 360 students, the property is situated directly across from Albright College’s main athletic complex. In addition to featuring direct access off Route 12 and the regional highway network, the facility enjoys outstanding visibility and proximity to a cluster of well-known national and regional retailers.
Master-leased to Albright College, Mediplex Albright Residences is the latest addition to MPG’s growing portfolio. In addition to this new residence hall, Albright’s public-private strategic partnership with Mediplex partners spans the popular apartment-style Rockland Hall (Rockland Street), and the home of the college’s Total Experience Learning students (11th and Rockland streets).
