This successful closing is part of a strong start to 2024 for Frame, who has completed three sales in Spokane County since January — totaling $5,195,000 in transaction volume.

Max Frame of the Simon and Anderson team, a multifamily investment team at Kidder Mathews, represented the seller in the sale of an eight-unit apartment complex located on North Park Road in Spokane Valley for $775,000.

Located at 2012 North Park Road, the complex is a value-add building constructed in 1956. Through a competitive marketing approach, Frame and the team were able to generate multiple offers and ultimately sell the property to a local Spokane investor.

“While 2024 started a little slow, we are starting to see a pickup in activity across Eastern Washington’s apartment market, primarily Spokane, which has seen multiple listings come on the market in previous weeks,” said Frame.
