Matt Carlson and Patrick Gildea have been named regional leaders for CBRE’s Capital Markets national office platform. As Co-Heads of U.S. Office Capital Markets, Carlson will provide strategic oversight for the West region, while Gildea will lead the East region. This leadership structure aims to further enhance national coordination and collaboration among CBRE’s institutionally-focused office capital markets teams, capitalizing on their extensive local market expertise.
