Camber Ranch, a new 483-unit apartment community in Austin, Texas has been completed with the first residents moving in. Designed by Humphreys & Partners, the multifamily project is a development of Legacy Partners and Bridge Investment Group.
Camber Ranch Is located in the scenic Texas Hill Country of northeast Austin at the corner of Parmer and Yager Lanes. The development includes 22 two- and three-story buildings separated by a large green belt and wetland with walking trails on 35.2 acres.
The modern luxury apartment community offers a mix of studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from 438 sf to 1.5k sf. The units feature stunning views, granite and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and LED lighting. Multiple homes will also include private garages. Monthly rental rates start at $1,375.
