ANF Group, Inc., a full-service construction firm providing construction management, general contracting, development, and design-build services to the South Florida market, announced the successful completion of Providence Living at Pembroke Pines, a new assisted living facility and memory care facility in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
Providence Living at Pembroke Pines is a 114,003-square-foot community that provides best-in-class assisted living and memory care services and redefines senior living with a focus on luxury and leisure. The project is located on 3.15 acres on the west side of Palm Avenue, just south of Pines Boulevard at the entrance to the Pembroke Pines City Center.
“We are excited to bring an assisted living and memory care facility to the residents of Pembroke Pines with the completion of Providence Living,” said Nelson Fernandez, President of Development, ANF Group. “As the demand for senior housing continues to rise in South Florida, we are proud to be a part of the solution by creating an environment that prioritizes every aspect of residents’ lives.”
The community was developed by Providence One Development and ANF Real Estate Group. ANF Group was the general contractor. Providence Senior Living will manage the community. “We are excited to manage this Best-in-Class community and work hard in “Creating the Best Day Possible” for our residents” said Michelle Pierce, Co-Founder and Partner of Providence One Partners. “Our Providence Senior Living team looks forward to becoming an important part of the Pembroke Pines area serving our residents and families.”
Residents can engage in a variety of mind-stimulating activities, including guided cooking and baking classes, music and dance programs, writing lessons, and painting and sculpture classes, fostering both physical and spiritual well-being.
Providence One Partners was founded in 2008 by Tom Green and Michelle Pierce, who have a distinguished track record in developing commercial and residential real estate with more than 50 years of industry experience in multiple property types, including over 6,000 apartment homes (market-rate and senior apartments). Providence is primarily focused on the acquisition and development of sustainable senior living communities, with several communities across Florida.
