A joint venture between two Miami-based developers, Global City Development and Gilu Holdings, the multifamily rental community broke ground in January 2023 at the corner of Crystal Drive and 6 Mile Cypress Parkway. REVA is composed of eight three-story buildings and five two-story buildings and consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from 786 to 1,690 square feet.
The community is situated in a central location and offers convenient access to major retailers, medical centers, and entertainment facilities. Nearby attractions include Whole Foods, Publix, Top Golf, Gulf Coast Medical Center, Lee County Sports Complex, and various other amenities.
