Leasing has commenced for the second phase of luxury rental residences at Ivy and Green, meeting the increased demand for additional living spaces within the popular residential community that made its debut last year in downtown Hackensack, New Jersey near Newark.
The six-story building opens to the public with more than 30% of its studio, one- and two-bedroom homes already reserved, reports developer Hornrock Properties. Monthly rents for the apartments start from $2,215, with Grand Opening incentives that include up to 2 months free. Immediate occupancy is available.
The Marketing Directors, which executed the successful lease-up of the development’s first phase, is once again serving as the exclusive marketing and leasing agent.
“We are thrilled to build upon the success of Ivy and Green, extending the opportunity for more renters to experience elevated apartment living in the heart of downtown Hackensack,” expressed David Hornblass, a principal of Hornrock Properties. “This development has consistently delivered the kind of homes and amenities sought by today’s renters, all within a walkable environment reminiscent of areas like Hoboken, yet with more space and less congestion. It’s a winning formula that has resonated with renters, and we look forward to welcoming more residents to the community.”
Designer residences in the newest phase of Ivy and Green boast soaring nine-, ten- and eleven-foot ceilings and oversized windows with custom treatments that invite in ample natural light, accentuating the luxury plank flooring. Homes include full-size washer and dryers, as well as closets with modular shelving. Kitchens are equipped with quartz countertops, full-height tiled backsplashes, and stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range and French door refrigerator. Lavish bathrooms feature full-height tiled showers and illuminated mirrors. Select homes offer terraces or balconies, some of which provide views of Foschini Park and the expansive outdoor amenity decks.
Residents of both Ivy and Green buildings enjoy exclusive access to a comprehensive array of shared amenities, fostering a sense of community and convenience. In the new building, these include an elegant lobby with a freestanding fireplace, comfortable seating, and work areas. A café, complete with a coffee bar and booths, provides a cozy setting, while a resident lounge and conference room offer additional spaces for relaxation and productivity. The state-of-the-art fitness center, equipped with an Echelon spin bike and CrossFit rig, caters to residents’ wellness needs. Outside, the property boasts two open courtyards featuring fire pits and fireplaces, sun loungers, BBQs and outdoor dining spaces.
The new amenities complement the 35,000 square feet of social spaces spread throughout the first phase. Outdoor spaces include a resort-style pool and sundeck, along with a pizza oven, ping pong, foosball, and life-sized chess board, fitness turf and fire pits. Additionally, an expansive rooftop deck beckons with its bar, fire pits, lounge seating, and a landscaped lawn with movie screen, creating a vibrant environment for relaxation and socializing.
Inside, creative spaces enhance the community experience, featuring a speakeasy with a bar and fireplace, a demonstration kitchen and dining room, billiard and game room, theater and music studio, meditation room, and a children’s playroom. To further elevate the living experience, the community also offers concierge services, a vending mart, a pet spa, package lockers, bike storage, and garage parking with EV charging stations.
