Aspire A&M will be located at 100 Church Avenue in the Northgate District, near the Texas A&M University campus. It marks the company’s third development in the area within the past decade.

The Dinerstein Companies, Up Campus Student Living and Harrison Street Real Estate Partners are building the new student housing high-rise in College Station, Aspire A&M.

19 stories high on 1.21 acres, Aspire A&M will offer 873 beds in studios to six-bedroom layouts, spanning 400 to 1,900 square feet. Residents can access amenities, including 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail spaces, a 718-space parking garage, a two-story indoor/outdoor fitness center, ample study lounges, a golf and gaming simulator, bike storage, a lounge and two pools at the 8th-floor and penthouse levels.

With Kennedy Wilson serving as the lender, Up Campus Student Living as the co-developer and TDC Construction as the general contractor, construction on the property is currently underway and is slated to be completed in Summer 2026.
