Leasing is ongoing at Landmark Properties newest build-for-rent multifamily project The Everstead at Windrose in Klein, Texas within the Houston MSA.

Residents will enjoy brand new, pet-friendly residences that provide the ultimate combination of chic spaces, upscale finishes, and stellar service. The property is proudly recognized as a sustainably built community utilizing the National Green Building Standard. Rent starts at $1,750 for a one-bedroom home and $2,270 for a 1,580-square-foot three-bedroom house. There are also four-bedroom units.

The Everstead at Windrose homes include a backyard with a private patio. Some units will feature 10-foot ceilings and an attached garage or storage room. The gated community will provide residents with access to amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, playground, grilling area, dog park, hammock garden, Bocce Ball court, and coffee bar. Landmark partnered with Principal Real Estate Investors on the project, and Phoenix-based TSB Capital Advisors arranged financing. The company, known best for student housing, has three BTR projects in various stages of production. Even though residents have been moving in since last October, the grand opening is slated for next week.
