Dominium, a leading affordable housing developer, owner, and manager announced that it will celebrate the grand opening of the Haven at Congaree Pointe affordable housing development in Columbia.

Haven at Congaree Pointe is a four-story community with elevators that consists of 96 one-bedroom and 102 two-bedroom apartments. Amenities for residents include an expansive courtyard with a grilling area, community room with a kitchen, fitness center, theater room, in-home laundry, salon and much more. It sits directly across the street from Bible Way Church of Atlas Road, is convenient to Interstate 77 and is just a 15-minute drive from Columbia’s city center.

Haven at Congaree Pointe is supported by the Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program (LIHTC) and the South Carolina State Housing Tax Credit.
