Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, has opened the doors to Prose Columbus, its fourth Prose branded community in Georgia.
Less than 80 miles from Atlanta and the second largest city in Georgia, Columbus is home to several Fortune 500 companies and serves as the corporate headquarters for Aflac, TSYS and Synovus. The city boasts the lowest residential vacancy rate in the state and has a diverse and robust economic job base, which includes one of the nation’s largest military bases, Fort Moore.
“We knew Prose Columbus would be uniquely positioned in a city like Columbus, which boasts a vigorous economy and sees an ongoing need for modern, luxury apartment living. With the fantastic dining, entertainment, and recreational activities Columbus offers, we feel like Prose Columbus is just what the city needs,” said Noah Randall, Managing Director for Alliance Residential.
In addition to Prose Columbus, Alliance Residential saw the opening of its fifth Prose community, Prose LaGrange. Alliance Residential is also active throughout metro-Atlanta, opening Broadstone 2Thirty, Broadstone Peachtree Corners and Prose Cartersville in 2023 with The Clara by Broadstone set to welcome residents’ early summer 2024. The company’s sixth and seventh Georgia Prose Communities Prose Gainesville and Prose McDonough are currently under construction.
