Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, has opened Prose LaGrange, it’s fifth Prose branded community in Georgia.
Designed by architect Dynamik Design, the community’s 315 apartments offer one- and two-bedroom unit types averaging 997 SF. Apartments feature premium plank flooring, Samsung Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliances and side-by-side washer dryers, granite countertops and oversized kitchen islands for entertaining and feature generous storage solutions, including kitchen and linen pantries and walk-in closets.
Prose LaGrange is the fifth Prose branded community to open in Georgia. Alliance Residential Company most recently opened Prose Columbus in April 2024 and Prose Cartersville in 2023. They have also been active in metro-Atlanta, opening Broadstone 2Thirty and Broadstone Peachtree Corners in 2023. The Clara by Broadstone is set to welcome residents in early summer 2024. Two additional Prose Communities Prose Gainesville and Prose McDonough are currently under construction.
