Shoma Group is launching Shoma 88, a mixed-use development in Kendall, a suburb of Miami, Florida.

Standing 28 stories tall, Shoma 88 comprises 405 rental units, averaging 920 square feet. At least 40 percent of the units will be designated for workforce housing. The development will include 105,000 square feet of medical office space and 8,000 square feet of retail space.

Shoma 88’s groundbreaking is slated for the first quarter of 2025, and its completion is estimated to be within 30 months. Shoma MGMT will handle leasing and management for the property designed by the renowned PPK Architects.
