For a two-bedroom unit with 1,300 square feet, monthly rent would start at $7,350 with a $20,000 entry fee, according to the property’s website. A monthly charge of $1,250 is added for a second person.

Bridgewood Property Company and Harrison Street have delivered The Village on Morehead, a $100 million, 12-story Charlotte luxury rental community that includes 192 units for seniors age 55+.

The Village on Morehead is a membership-only community, which requires residents to pay a one-time entry fee and sign a 12-month lease. Monthly rental and entry fees vary by unit size, starting at $5,875 and $10,000, respectively.

The monthly membership price covers dining and bar access, on-site maintenance and housekeeping, utilities and cable, and an emergency response system. Other amenities include private transportation, a fitness center, an indoor heated pool, a theater area, secured parking and valet, and a salon.

The Village on Morehead is currently 25% occupied and expected to be fully leased in 2025. Choate Construction was the contractor.
