David Newman has been part of several specialty practice groups that have appraised large property portfolios. Notable assignments include a mobile home park portfolio with over 150 properties located throughout the country, a 30-property multifamily portfolio in Kansas, Missouri, and Tennessee, a 20-property Burger King portfolio in Georgia and Florida, a 14-property multifamily portfolio in Northern California, and a 12-property medical office building portfolio in Florida.
He primarily concentrates on apartment complexes, office buildings, industrial buildings, freestanding net-leased retail buildings, and shopping centers. Newman has also appraised hotels/motels, mobile home parks, self-storage facilities, and ground-leased properties. His clients have included regional and national financial institutions, private property owners, accounting firms, estate attorneys, and public agencies.
David Newman holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, demonstrating his nuanced understanding of commercial property valuation and his commitment to sound and ethical professional practice.
