Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, has opened the doors to its new 300-unit apartment community, Prose Horizons Village. Located at 16810 Easthampstead Road in Winter Garden, the community is the latest addition to Alliance’s growing portfolio of Prose-branded developments throughout Central Florida.
One of the fastest-growing counties in Florida, West Orange is centrally located to major employers such as Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, SeaWorld Orlando, Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital and the bourgeoning U.S. Highway 192 tourism corridor. West Orange County is also home to a wide array of dining, shopping, healthcare, educational and outdoor recreation options.
“West Orange County continues to flourish with legacy and new tourism and hospitality and healthcare employers, bringing even more employment opportunities to area residents,” said Bobby Anderson, Managing Director at Alliance Residential. “Our Prose brand and newly opened Prose Horizons Village offers quality, upscale amenities for a comfortable, modern living experience close to where our residents work and play.”
The community’s one- and two-bedroom floorplans average a generous 1,008 square feet and units feature granite countertops and custom cabinetry, Samsung stainless-steel appliances, dining sized kitchen islands, plank flooring and walk-in closets.
“We are thrilled to welcome residents to Prose Horizons Village and to introduce another distinctive Prose community to Winter Garden.” said Anderson. “With a desirable amenity package and elevated interior finishes, the Prose brand has been incredibly well received in Central Florida.”
Prose Horizons Village is the most recent Prose community by Alliance Residential Company in Central Florida. The company recently opened Prose Cypress Pointe in Winter Haven and will open the doors to two Tampa Prose communities and a luxury Broadstone community this summer. Alliance Residential has three additional communities under construction with several more planned throughout Central Florida.
